When I placed my suitcase on the scales at check-in for the flight back to the U.K from L.A and it toppled all the way up to 30KG before loosing count and just displaying the phrase ‘OVER’, it dawned on me that perhaps I’d got a bit carried away with some of my purchases during my trip. Perhaps. When I got back home and gathered it all together it became abundantly clear that if I was to cobble it all into one haul video, it would have been mega. Like in a ‘JEEZ Anna – ain’t nobody got time for that‘ kinda way. So instead I’ve cut it down into two more sizeable chunks. The first being this instalment which features food, some clothing purchases, a little Container Store haul and a gigantic bag of almonds that were one of the main culprits in my excess baggage saga. Part two – the beauty bit – will be dropped this Sunday.
