Seeing as I spend so much time in the kitchen, I thought it was about time I lugged my camera in there and gave you a peek into what types of recipes I like to rustle up and chow down on. There’s plenty more of these to come as I’m seriously enjoying playing Chef Anna right now (Mark is my guinea pig taster and he loves it), but I thought I’d start with three recipes that I’ve been particularly enjoying from the Get The Gloss Project Me guide.

If you haven’t heard of Get The Gloss (say what?!), it’s a website crammed full of beauty and health content from some of the best experts in the biz. For the new year why not try their hot and healthy plan of action Project MeProject Me is a 24-week wellbeing, fitness and nutrition e-guide. Inside there are 32 recipes (it’s impossible to scroll through the pages and not salivate) and exercises that take just 30 minutes a day; combine both and you’ll feel pretty kick-ass by the end of the program. No gym required and suitable for beginners, I’ve been giving it a go over the past few weeks and can vouch that the recipes taste delicious and the fitness how-tos although challenging, are a nice mix of cardio and resistance and leave you feeling  sweaty and satisfied afterwards.

Fancy downloading Project Me? Then head to the Get The Gloss Marketplace and use my 20% code VIVIANNA20. There are a tonne of other guides and e-books there from top nutritionists, foodies and fitness professionals. You’ll be loading up your smartphones with these in no time at all.

I’ll give you a quick run-down of my three favourite recipes which happen to originate in the snack section of the guide because I love me some mid-afternoon munch. The Almond & Walnut Balls might just be my favourite of the three because I have quite the sweet tooth. These are gorgeously nutty and creamy; dip ’em into some chopped pistachios and you’re onto something really special right there. Something that I like to snack on at all times of the day is the Rustic Hummus which is all zesty and fresh. I like to dunk some carrot into it for when I’m in the mood for something savoury. Finally a recipe that is helping to quash my crisp-lusting pangs are the Roast Spiced Chickpeas. These are crunchy, with a little spicy kick and are deliciously more-ish.

If you give any of the recipes a go or decide to download the guide then drop me a tweet/Instagram whatever you fancy, using the hashtag, #ProjectMe. And I cannot stress how darn good the Almond & Walnut Balls are. In fact I might just go grab one (or two!) now…
