Product Pick of the Week: Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay in Place High Cover Concealer in Extra Light – a saviour in my time of Scandal-induced fatigue. I’ve been getting many the late night recently thanks to Olivia Pope and co so I’ve needed something a little more heavy duty concealer-wise. Enter Estee Lauder’s covers anything, does not budge, ridiculously high coverage bag brightener and blemish be-goner. Sorta like Bobbi Brown’s Creamy Concealer but with a less tacky texture and a hint more pigment.

Blog Post of the Week: With Urban Decay Naked 3 mania fully setting in, I think it’s only fair to link-up the most amazing ‘you need to know it, it’s here’ blog post of them all regarding the matter – Temptalia’s Urban Decay Naked 3 Eyeshadow Palette Review. Swatches, comparisons, thoughts, dupes, the lot. Drooling optional.

Must-Watch of the Week: A hair how-to from Gizzi Erskine (a.k.a cool cat chef/DJ/writer with an amazing bonce) who gives Sali Hughes (a.k.a the beauty oracle) her signature the Gizzi beehive, in an aptly named video ‘Sali and Gizzi‘. It’s the first time such a style has appeared so easy to do. I’m even tempted to dig out a comb myself.

Added to the Wishlist this Week: This week I have mostly be stalking CHANEL counters for the down-low on their Rouge Double Intensité Ultra Wear Lip Colours that seem to be getting rave review after rave review from the other side of the pond. A double ended doe-foot with a powerfully pigmented lip paint on one end and a ‘seal it in’ transparent lacquer on the other, these have got my name written all over them. No info seems to be available on their UK release though – any ideas?
