Product Pick of the Week: The Body Shop Organic Cosmetic Buds – a bit of a bizarre choice, a double ended bud – oval shaped on one end and pointy on the other – but a disposable tool that I’ve found to come in so handy over recent weeks. When I revamped my makeup storage I popped a box of them in an easy-to-grab spot and boy I’ve almost used the whole box: for smudging liner, cleaning up an overzealous bold lip application, dotting on concealer etc etc.

Blog Post of the Week: I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned Teresa’s blog Style Drifter before, but I lurve it, so this week it’s not a post suggestion per se but a blog must-read. Her apartment, style, makeup, hair eeeeeverything, Teresa is just so damn chic and I hold a special place in my heart for her outfit posts.

Must-Watch of the Week: I Love Makeup’s ’10 Movember Makeup Moustaches’ – you gotta see this. All for a good cause and a good laugh, by the end of it I was tempted to pull out the kohl pencil. My favourite? The ‘French Man’. The extra touch of the chest hair curlies did it for me.

Added to the Wishlist this Week: I’m currently in the mist of a bit of a Kevyn Aucoin moment. Firstly I was all about The Essential Brush Set – pah, dream on Anna – but now I’ve set my sights on the Essential Eye Shadow Set. Matte, neutral, ‘I’m not wearing any eyeshadow’ perfection.
