Product Pick of the Week:Â Lanolips Lemonaid Lip Aid with Lemon Oil – how late am I to jump on this bandwagon? Get with the programme Anna. But it’s really rather lovely. Hydrating and dosed up with Lanolin, not too greasy and with a lemony zing that makes me want to lick it off about two seconds after application.
Blog Post of the Week: I love a good bit of Refinery 29 – it’s just one of those sites that makes me a bit click-happy and before I know it an hour of my life has disappeared. But at least it’s more productive than Candy Crush (lets not mention that – damn you level 30). My favourite post of the week? Their ‘4 DIY Eyeliner Looks That Will Make Those Eyes Pop‘ feature.
Must-Watch of the Week:Â I’ve become quite the fan of Wayne Goss recently. He cuts out the crap, gets straight the point and offers up some really interesting recommendations that veer off the mainstream cosmetics path. I found his ‘Summer Proof Makeup‘ edit to be particularly noteworthy – perhaps my face will be able to survive the treacherous tube terrain now?
Added to the Wishlist this Week:Â So you know how last week I was bleating on about an ‘in yer face’ orange lip colour? Well I’ve found it, MAC’s Neon Orange. It’s orange, it’s crazy and I love it – and for those who want a Morange comparison, Neon Orange is much less red. A pro shade, but available to purchase by all and next time I hit up the Soho store, it’s happening.
