Product Pick of the Week: Xen-Tan Dark Lotion Absolute Luxe – just to mention it for the 78th time on this blog. But seriously nothing in the tanning world even comes close to this stuff. With news of the impending heatwave yesterday, I slapped on two coats yesterday, rinsed off this morning and DAYUM – let’s just say I’m breaking out the shorts today.

Blog Post of the Week: A new blog find has been top of my reading list this week – Genuine Glow. Written by the b-e-a-utiful Lilly, it outlines the need-to-know on all things natural and organic in the beauty world penned and photographed in a way that makes me consume at least 10 pages in one sitting.

Must-Watch of the Week: Daily Mix’s Beauty Blogger Bootcamp. I’ve been addicted. It combines all my favourites – makeup, reality stylée shooting, the Pixiwoos and scenes that make me a little emosh. It’s like America’s Next Top Model on beauty crack but without Tyra Mail.

Added to the Wishlist: A innocent spray and sniff at a recent Space NK peruse has resulted in a three-figure perfume being added to my wishlist. I walked away (phew) before handing over a sizeable wedge of my rent to the cashier, but Tom Ford’s Neroli Portofino EDP is still on my mind. A fellow tweeter commented that it reminded them of the toilets at the baggage reclaim in Spain (easily my favourite tweet of the week), but to me it’s like a sexed-up, sophisticated take on citrus that requires a holiday on the Tuscan hills to really appreciate. Oh gawd, this is getting pricey…
