The Week #23

The Week Template

The Week in Instagram @ViviannaMakeup: Cheesy couple shot // Another day, another Cream Tea // An awesome luggable freebie with this month’s Harpers // The Rimmel Salon Pro Polish addiction continues // A footpath find // Do as the stone says // The view of the week // A Diptyque heavy morning rinse // My slimmed-down skincare stash, post in progress

Product Pick of the Week: La Roche Posay Anthelios AC Matte Extreme Fluid SPF 30 – another one to add to the ‘SPFs that rock’ list. UVA and UVB combo-ed up protection without a slick of grease in sight, I’d actually go as far to say it’s one of the most matte offerings I’ve tried. And not a pricey pick either, fab.

Blog Post of the Week: After I first clapped eyes on CHANEL’s debut attempt at cream blushes on Lisa Eldridge’s blog a weak feeling at the knees was experienced. When these land I’m not sure I’ll be able to walk out with just one in my grasps; Presage, Affinite and Inspiration will all be getting a finger stuck in when they land on the 16th August. Got that date circled? Yup, me too.

Must-Watch of the Week: If I say so myself, Lily’s Summer Edit featuring yours truly: lashings of makeup, lollies and a Lego ice cube tray. Part two will be landing on my YouTube channel tomorrow.

Added to the Wishlist: There’s been some serious sniffing in the beauty world around the probiotic (a term not just reserved for yogurts, who knew?) skincare line, Aurelia and I think I’m ready to get a whiff of it too. My cleanser slot will always be Emma Hardie-centric, but with the Aurelia Miracle Cleanser perhaps being a lighter morning alternative, the skincare addict in me is scribing this onto my shopping list. Anyone given it a go? What’s the report?
