Sandra is easily one of my biggest enablers; be it beauty or otherwise. If Sandra says that she loves something then it’s quickly added to my radar and more often than not added to my basket without much thought, but that all important Sandra-seal of approval. Case in point: this Topshop Pretty Mesh Top. Online or even on the hanger I wouldn’t have thought much of it. It’s a simple white t-shirt, a little more cropped than I usually got for, with a mesh stripe down each arm and a pretty mini pom-pom-esque trim. But when you put it on it becomes a surprisingly flattering, white t-shirt with a twist. It was instant love the moment the postman dropped it off and I haven’t wanted to take it off since.
Being that it’s more cropped than what I usually go for I find it to work best as a tucker-inner that works particularly well with another new Topshop find – this MOTO Denim Skirt. Pair with some boots or sandals and you’ve got yourself a nice optimistic spring/perfect for summer outfit that’s casual and comfy. A nice one to pack for holidays as well because it’s cotton and quite thin meaning that you won’t be melting as you traipse around desperately trying to find an ice cream shop that’s open during siesta hours.
