I’m very into the whole ‘home fragrance‘ thing. This might be to do with the fact that our neighbour puts old empty tins of cat food that they haven’t cleaned out properly into the recycling of our communal hallway – nice! – but let’s face it, I’ve always been a sucker for a candle and a room spray. Day to day I rely on my Fresh Fig Scent Diffuser from The White Company to keep things smelling sweet, but recently I’ve fallen in love with a spritz that’s basically like a breath of fresh air…
I’ll cut to the chase; it’s 1001 Remedies PurAir Purifying Spray. Think lavender, think eucalyptus, think cinnamon, think peppermint. It’s one of those scents that just lifts and revitalises and makes your brain feel clean and clear, you know? A people pleaser that you can do a quick whip around with before the doorbell goes to make your home smells goooood. Not only does it smell incredible, the ingredients list is a double-whammy in that the blend also works on an antiviral and antibacterial level. Say what? It claims to reinforce your immune system and purify the atmosphere. Now having only used it for a few weeks I can’t 100% say whether that is the case or not, but I haven’t had any sniffles for a while, so I’ll keep you posted on that one.
I’ve got a travel size which is a pretty reasonable £12 from Cult Beauty, but it will be approximately 5 seconds from the moment I finish this post to me purchasing the big mama version. GO!
