I feel so darn lucky that I get to travel sometimes with what I do and L.A is fast becoming one of my favourite places to visit. I haven’t spent a tonne of time there, but each time that I visit I fall in love with it a little bit more. The people are so darn friendly, the weather is dreamy and the food is glorious. Although Lily and I visited this time round for VidCon we factored in as much chill time as we could and spent one morning by the pool, which is something that I haven’t done in yonks, met up with friends for copious amounts of food and of course did a wee bit of shopping (see my Sephora Haul here).
I’ve mixed things up a bit with this vlog as there were a few moments that I forgot to whip my vlogging camera out for, so instead I’ve slotted in some clips from my Snapchat because there were some things that made me chuckle that I just had to include. Personal highlights include Ruth, the Uber driver who sung Beyonce at the top of her lungs whilst she drove us round (GIRL CAN SING!) and Lily going arse over tit as she attempted to lodge herself into a rubber ring in the pool.
It’s been two days since I got back and I’m still wondering whether it’s acceptable to have a nap at 10am in the morning. Instead I think I’ll just have a watch of this which during editing has put a real smile on my face and resist the urge for sushi. When does Deliveroo open, eh?
