Wearing liquid eyeliner on a daily basis is something I’ve been working towards for years. Seriously. There are a few factors that come into it; my extreme lack of lid space, shaky hands and my love for fuss-free makeup that means that I don’t have to look in the mirror for the whole day. Eyeliner just isn’t very compatible with all the aforementioned. But something has clicked in the past year and though it’s not something I plan to don every single morning simply for time reasons – I’m a complete faffer and often find myself naked, makeup-free and with wet hair 10 minutes before I’m due to leave – it’s now a makeup step that I feel I can complete without too much help from a cotton bud and actually enjoy the look of. I credit it down to an eyewatering-ly expensive eyeliner, but a ridiculously good one – you know it, yep that’s the one. So here it is, an eyeliner tutorial from yours truly.
