It’s been a year and a half since I first posted my Cookie Monster Recipe and to this day it’s still a sweet treat that a lovely reader attempts and tweets me a picture of on a daily basis, ‘cookies’ autofills when you google VDM and the original recipe is my most read post. Ever. So today I’m finally putting it into video format. Hopefully a bit easier to follow and with a few modifications and serving suggestions thrown in, I’m telling you if you’re a fan of the Ben’s Cookie-style ‘crunchy on the outside, gooey in the middle’ type of cookie then these may just be the best that you’ve baked to go past your lips.
