Sales, Sets and Beyoncé’s Beauty Secrets

It’s time to bundle together the best of beauty from the past seven days. Edited down to five of the top products, videos, posts, releases and the rest that have had me clicking away:

1. Garnier Miracle Skin Cream. Stripped-back of all its anti-aging claims, this is basically the drugstore version of Origins Vitazing, which I always crack back out in the warmer months, so it seems like I discovered this as the perfect time. I’ve been using it as the last step in my skincare routine and it leaves a dewy finish with a hint of tint that means on good skin days I can skip the foundation and head on right to concealer.

2. The Whistles Sale. Why do I never seem to learn that right after the Grazia 25% code, Whistles always do a kick-ass sale? Luckily one of the items that I put in my basket and removed when things started to get a bit ridiculous is now reduced – surely that’s a sign right? Misty Trapeze Knit, it was meant to be.

3. Beyoncé’s Makeup Artist speaksNeed I say anymore? I want every single item she listed. If it’s good enough for Beyoncé…

4. Tarte hits the UK. Whoop, whoop! I mentioned this yesterday, but just incase you missed the memo Tarte is now available on UK soil and it’s all very exciting. I’ve listed my top loves and leaves which should come in handy if you’re compiling a shopping list or just need to get the Tarte ball rolling.

5. Essie’s Spring ’14 Collection. Time to get stalking your nearest Essie stand for there’s a new six-piece spring inspired collection hitting counters very soon titled ‘Fashion Playground’ and as expected it’s a good’un. I predict Fashion Playground – a parred back version of Mint Candy Apple and Style Hunter – a watermelon pink, to be the must-grabs.
