I’ve been a little tardy with this one on two counts: one – it’s been seriously yonks since I posted my last ‘Makeup Menu’ (last year maybe? I’m scared to look) and two – it’s equally been yonks since I said I’d get up a little something featuring that Charlotte Tilbury blue-tinged liner that I may have mentioned a record setting number of times. But hey, here it is. A Makeup Menu featuring a navy liner which incorporates itself into a look that I’ve been seriously loving. Sounds terrifying, looks subtle and just adds a bit of somethin’ somethin’ to the whole affair. Pink lips, blue liner – whatever next?
