Meal Prepping, Mini Haul & My Favourite Vase

Five Things

It’s time to bundle together the best of beauty, fashion and everything in between from the past seven days. All edited down to five of the top products, videos, posts, releases and the rest that have had me clicking away…

1. A Mini-ish Cult Beauty Haul. It feels like it’s been ages since I hauled beauty bits (I’m sure it’s been approximately two weeks), so it felt real good to pick up some items from good ol’ Cult Beauty. There were some repurchases made (the OSKIA Renaissance Cleansing Gel and the Kevyn Aucoin Sculpting Powder which is about one brush stroke away from disintegrating into a million pieces), but there were some slightly more exciting things in there too. Watch this space… 

2. Meal Prepping 101 Video. Are you interested? If so I’ll whip my camera out on Monday morning whilst I plan and head to the shops to do a food haul for the week. I’m kinda hoping you say yes to this one because I’m in a right meal planning groove over here. Don’t mind me knee deep in a sea of cookbooks! 

3. The Pick-Me-Up Candle. If you have one item out on your desk them may I suggest The White Company Wild Mint Candle. It is like a nice refreshing whiff that whenever you’re feeling hormonal or stressed and like there aren’t enough hours in day gives an olfactory system hug. So fresh, so clean.

4. My Favourite Vase. So many of you have been asking where my duck egg blue vase is from that’s been popping up here and there in posts and it was actually an engagement gift from Lily and Rich, which she tells me is from Home & Pantry. I absolutely bloody love it and use it as an excuse to buy myself fresh flowers weekly just so can always have it out on display. Thanks guys!

5. The Fitness Files. I’m so ridiculously excited to write February’s instalment of the Fitness Files. I feel like halfway through last year I really lost my fitness mojo and spent a fair few months doing in the odd yoga video here and there and not really doing much else. This month however I’ve stepped up my game and headed to the gym three days a week and I’m kinda in love with it. It breaks up my day, means I don’t spend all my time working at home and talking to myself, plus I can feel myself getting stronger in the process. Win, win. It will be heading your way Monday morning.
