It’s time to bundle together the best of beauty, fashion and everything in between from the past seven days. All edited down to five of the top products, videos, posts, releases and the rest that have had me clicking away…
1. Whistles x Frame: Take Two. I’ve had so many tweets from you lot alerting me to the second collaboration between my all time fave Whistles and the fitness powerhouse Frame, and yes – of course I bloody love it. The collection features a mostly monochrome line up with a hint of rosy blush and there’s a bit of everything from leggings to crop tops and sweaters to joggers. I basically want it all.
2. An Anti-Pollution Mist? I heard Lily talking about this the other week, but I didn’t realise it was out until I spotted it on Cult Beauty – has anyone given the REN Flash Defence Anti-Pollution Mist a go? From the whisperings I heard ‘anti-pollution‘ is going to be the next big thing in skincare and I’m liking the fact that you can apply this as a skincare step or after makeup *trots off to make an order*.
3. Jeffree Star is My QUEEN. Jeffree’s videos came up in my recommended feed on YouTube the other week and ever since I pressed play I’ve been addicted. I’d heard of Jeffree before through his beauty line, but his videos are next level fierceness. Witty and with makeup skills and knowledge that slay, I can’t get enough. I’ve never wanted to don a pink wig so bad.
4. 9 To 5. You might have spotted little old me on Coco’s Tea Party already this week, but if you haven’t then please take a look at my interview with Ella on what my average day looks like, the best piece of advice I’ve ever been given and how I got in to this whole blogging malarkey. It was a pleasure to be interviewed for the piece amongst some seriously kick-ass women – thanks Ella!
5. My New Vanity. Guess what is finally arriving this week? This console and stool from Oliver Bonas that I’m fashioning into my vanity table set-up. I’m so, so ridiculously excited for its arrival. Of course I’ll be sure to post the first look on Snapchat (‘viviannamakeup‘), but rest assured that will be followed up with a video when I’ve got a bit more time on my hands/have sat and admired it for a good couple of weeks days.
