The Fitness Instagrammers You’ve GOT To Follow

I bloomin’ love Instagram. I love beauty Instagram accounts, I love lifestyle Instagram accounts, I love fashion Instagram accounts, I love foodie Instagram accounts and I especially love fitness Instagram accounts. When I wake up each morning I do a quick scan of my feed and it’s always the same people that motivate me to have a kick-ass day; to fuel myself in a healthy way (not gonna lie, I still have a tub of Ben & Jerry’s Cinnamon Bun Ice Cream because it’s all about balance, right?) and get myself sweaty in some shape or form that day. I’m always recommending accounts to follow to my friends and family who want to get into the whole exercise thang and so today I thought I’d share my favourites with you too…

@FitGirlCode – I’m a huge fan of the Fit Girl Code website, so of course I’m into their Instagram too. It’s more of a community account that posts recipes, transformations, quotes and a tonne of gym wear inspiration that I more often than not end up adding to my shopping list. It’s a good place to start.

@Achieving_Balance – Tanya is a Fitness Instructor from Sydney so be prepared for some serious sun-envy here. I love her account for the mini workouts that she posts. There’s an ab workout that she posted yonks ago that bizarrely utilised a towel in it and it’s one that I still use today. Fab for a quick dose of HIIT, usually with no fancy equipment required.

@The_Southern_Yogi – Morgan is my favourite yogi to follow. She’s do darn elegant in everything that she does, is extremely relatable and is my flexibility motivation. That girl can do way more than just touch her toes! Take a look at her bestie’s Instagram too – @JessicaOllie – she’s a fab one to follow.

@ZannaVanDijk – I love Zanna and would quite like to be her BFF. She’s funny, real and a Co-Founder of the #GirlGains movement. There’s a mix of everything on her account from meal ideas to workout videos and I’m a huge fan of her YouTube Channel too.

@IVFitness – Idalis’ account is a more of a recent find for me, but she’s a machine. She posts great mini strength and HIIT-type workouts that are easy to follow and nice to tack on the beginning or end of your own workout to spice things up a bit. Oh and her gym kit is always gawjus.
