When a product dubs itself a ‘Perfect Hair Day’ then it’s got quite a claim to live up to, but I’ve got to say that the Living Proof Perfect Hair Day 5-in-1 Styling Treatment delivers. It’s one of those ‘can’t quite put my finger on it’ things as to why it’s so damn amazing, so I’m going to have to consult the back of the bottle on this one, but it’s just a product that when used in my lengths post hair wash, pre blow-dry makes things look tamed; taking out that heat produced frizz at the ends which sometimes causes my hair to look rather triangular and polishing it in a way that makes it look shinny, but not greasily so. The blurb tells me it smooths, volumizes, conditioners, strengthens and polishes and I have to agree with all five and it does so without a heavy, ‘Urgh I need to wash my hair again’ texture.
Unfortunately I’m doing that cock tease thing again where I’m raving about a product that isn’t readily available in the UK (I know, I know – I’m drawing out this Sephora haul thing reeeeal long). Given that the Living Proof brand already resides in the aisles and virtual shelves of Space NK and Cult Beauty, it won’t be long till it hits here, but in the meantime there’s always a good ol’ Sephora order. If you need to get it over the cheaper delivery threshold then I highly recommend throwing a few of the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks into your basket.
