Firstly I must point that out that I’m not canvasing for advice for myself here, but instead for my newly engaged sister *squeals*. I could not be happier for her and her now-Fiancé and come next summer I’ll no doubt be walking down the aisle in my Chief Bridesmaid garb, blubbing uncontrollably as I do at all weddings (I’ve seriously googled ‘How to Not Cry’) while my sister keeps her cool (she’s always been the cool one) looking like the most beautiful Bride I’ve ever seen.
Here’s the thing, I’ve been nominated for Makeup Artist duties for the day, not really for my talents, but for the fact that I’ve made up my sister’s face for a few events before and she’s liked the outcome. So I’m reaching out for advice. Any bridal makeup tips? Products or techniques that you used that you’d like to pass on the knowledge of? Anyone know how to hold back tears successfully?
