After a solid four months of getting my sweat-on at least a few times a week, I thought it was time to share the deats on my fitness routine. Now I won’t be entering the Women’s Body Building Championships anytime soon, nor will I be running a marathon, but I have managed to work up to running a 10K without passing out at the end and actually enjoy working out which is something that I’ve never been able to say before. I’ve covered all bases – my workouts, my routine, what I wear, use, all that kind of jazz – so all your Q’s should be A’ed. Time to dust off those trainers, eh?
